I said I know I was just at the Players Club and he walked away and completely disregarded me. When I realized when I was going to check in the Customer Service Rep said, well then you can't check in. When I went to check in I had gone to the Players Club to pick up my Diamond Elite card before check in and I had forgotten I had put my license in a different spot. From the moment we walked in and asking the Bell Desk for a luggage cart and being told I would have to use Valet, which I choose not to as we have had things stolen, to trying to check in and receiving the rudest customer service clerk ever.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Harrah's casino.
